Even in today's fast-paced society, I think letter writing is still an important component in our communication. One of the best features when it comes to writing letters is being able to sit down and process your thoughts before putting pen to paper. For someone like me who's not quick on my feet, writing a letter provides enough time to make sure I'm saying exactly what I want to say. It is a kind of skill to convey your ideas in a concise manner effectively using language according to the subject. Till now we used to use envelopes to send letters and write the name and address of the sender on it. Envelopes are no longer required in letters sent by e-mail. Therefore, the name, address and e-mail ID of the sender and recipient of the letter has to be written in the letter itself.
